Four steps in the production of slotted polyurethane screen panels

1. First select the steel used to make the sieve plate. Before starting manufacturing, high-precision mold design is required. The quality of the product mold plays a key role in the quality of the perforated plate.

2. Screen trimming. If, during the manufacturing process, the edge position of the paper may appear within the tolerances required by the customer, professional production technicians will cut off the excess edge according to the customer's specific requirements.

3. Cut the sieve plate. The process is to cut to size from a full roll of sheet material.

4. Sieve plate level. Professional operators need to use a leveling machine to level the perforated deformed screen to restore the original flat state. Typically, steel plates with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 12 mm need to be leveled and punched parts cleaned, which requires lubricating with a suitable lubricant and removing oil marks from the surface. Clean and make the punched board look cleaner. During the entire process of forming and further processing, a series of subsequent processing operations shall not be carried out on the screen unless the customer requires subsequent processing.

The difference between the screen and ordinary screen products is that the screen has a strict screen size, not a "screen".

Screen size is not isolated, it has a range of grid sizes for hierarchical filtering.

The screen is woven from metal wires or fibers, and the aperture is 0.15~1mm. It can remove and recover different types and smaller suspensions, and the screening separation has the advantages of simple operation and low operating cost.

Typically used for smaller wastewater treatment. There are many kinds of screens, mainly vibrating screens and hydraulic screens.

What are the ways to clean the screen?

Remove the stain by gently wiping it off with a cloth dampened with alcohol (75% or more of medical alcohol).

After soaking the stain in cold water, apply some toothpaste, then a dab of soap, and dab. If there are traces, wipe with alcohol.

Shampoo can be soaked in the stained area, then white vinegar diluted with water, and the solution can be gently scrubbed with a brush to remove dirt.
